The Pittsburgh Steelers picked their second defensive player of the 2024 NFL Draft on Saturday.

Pittsburgh selected Iowa defensive tackle Logan Lee at No. 178 in the sixth round. The Steelers picked NC State linebacker Payton Wilson 98th overall near the end of the third round on Friday.

Lee played on one of the best defenses in college football the last few years. A veteran of 43 games and starter of 41, he tallied 158 career tackles from his defensive tackle position.

Besides his 158 tackles, the 6-foot-5, 281-pound defensive tackle recorded18.5 tackles for loss, including nine sacks. He also broke up seven passes.

Lee started 13 games in 2023, as he produced 55 tackles, 19 of which were solo stops. He also had 5.5 tackles behind the line of scrimmage, including three sacks. He broke up three passes and blocked a kick.

An all-conference third-team selection in the Big Ten, Lee had a career-best 10 tackles and two and a half sacks in a win over Purdue last fall.
